It’s about that time of the month where we show gratitude for our incredible team of employees at Aronson Advertising. These three individuals have earned the distinguished honor of Employee of the Month. And while, of course, the title comes with bragging rights, it also comes with a much-coveted parking spot right next to the door. (Of course, this is so they can get to work faster—not leave quicker!) Without any further ado, let’s meet our Employees of the Month!
Alyssa Mariconda – PPC Team
When Alyssa was pleasantly surprised when she was announced as an Employee of the Month winner, especially since it’s her first time receiving the honor. When she’s not doing award-winning work and enjoying the company of her coworkers, she’s likely decompressing at the gym! No word on whether or not she will be taking extra laps since she gets to park right next to the door for the month.
Marty Tarvid – Account Coordinator
Marty was also quite surprised when he got the email naming him Employee of the Month. However, considering his penchant for teamwork and constant hard work, it’s no surprise to his fellow team members! Marty loves staying busy whether he’s behind his desk or seeing his favorite bands live.
Jon Balenski – Production Team
Upon receiving word that he had won Employee of the Month, Jon was especially excited to have his front-row parking spot. While his favorite part of working at Aronson Advertising is flexing his creative muscles with his friends, there’s little doubt that his new parking spot ranks fairly high for the time being.
