As we enter into the New Year, it’s important to us at Aronson Advertising that we recognize those employees who’ve gone above and beyond in their work. For the month of January, we’re happy to award Gianna Petan, Marty Tarvid, and Gio Plaza with our Employee of the Month award. To further showcase their exemplary efforts, we asked what drives them at work and in their personal lives. Check out what each of them had to say below!
Gianna Petan:
A gifted writer and diligent worker, Gianna has been at Aronson for about two years. As one of the senior writers on her team she serves as a source of knowledge for many, but she prides herself on being able to constantly learn and share with those around her. In her free time, Gianna dotes upon her new puppy, Moose, with long walks in the forest preserve and lots of treats. She also takes her horse, Reya, to barrel races on the weekends.
Marty Tarvid:
One of our hardest working account coordinators, Marty, has been at Aronson for a little over four years. Amongst other strengths, Marty is a master collaborator, working across several departments to keep Aronson running smoothly. Outside of his role here, he enjoys a variety of intramural sports, namely basketball and volleyball. He someday wishes to travel to the Australian Outback to catch a glimpse of his favorite animal, the kangaroo, in the wild.
Gio Plaza:
A member of our imaginative and capable art department, Gio has been using his artistic talents here at Aronson for seven years. He finds joy in his everyday duties using his creative skills, working with his team to design the artwork that goes into our advertising. Outside of work, Gio takes part in several outdoor sports, enjoys catching a good movie occasionally, and spends time as an amateur photographer.
