Each month, three employees who exhibit exemplary dedication to the team, our clients, and the company are awarded a coveted Employee of the Month parking spot, located just outside of the front door. Let’s meet this month’s winners!
Jimmi Watson
Jimmi works in the art department as a graphic designer, and he came aboard the Aronson team in May of this year. When asked what he likes most about working here, Jimmi says that he loves his team and designing for our clients. In the future, he looks forward to learning more about the cutting-edge world of advertising. Jimmi is a proud father, and outside of work he likes to coach Tier 1 ice hockey, practice weight training, and work on his Harley Bobber and Porsche 928S.
Ryan Mercado
Account coordinator Ryan Mercado has worked at Aronson Advertising for the past year and a half. What he likes most about his position is that it offers variety, noting that every day isn’t the same. He’s excited to see growth for this agency, and he’s looking forward to working with new clients and brands. When he’s not busy working, Ryan likes to hang out with his friends, family, fiancé, and pets.
David Demma
Digital specialist David has been with Aronson for almost two years. David says that the Aronson culture of helpfulness and close-knit bonds he has formed with his team members encourage him, and make him feel as though he can accomplish anything. In order to promote growth both professionally and for the company, David is excited to expand his skill-set by tackling creative and intellectual initiatives head-on. When he’s not at work, David keeps himself busy with a number of interests and hobbies. David considers himself a cinephile and enjoys improv acting, reading, playing the TTRPG Shadowrun, taking online courses, and making charts and data tables.
