How Aronson’s Digital Marketing Team is Excelling at Leadership

We hear the word leadership used very loosely in today’s business society.

Everyone wants to be a leader without fully understanding what that entails. Typically a leader, manager, and director may seem to reap the benefits of those positions but at the cost of their own self-interest. This means they typically have to take into account the team as a whole when making decisions and not just what they want for themselves. At least with good leaders that’s how it should be.

Here at Aronson, we believe the way for any company to be successful is to cultivate and help their team grow into great leaders.

Two months ago I started with Aronson as a Jr. SEO specialist and I have experienced first hand the compassion and willingness to help me get acclimated of the management team and my peers. I have never experienced management being so compassionate and welcoming. One example of this is when the team managers come over to our desk to see if the team and I are doing well and if we have any questions about anything.

Statistically, we spend on average 1/3 of our lives at work, so I don’t know about you, but I want my place of employment to feel like a second home. Aronson has become just that, a second home where there is trust, respect, and a feeling of a strong family unit. This company is able to seamlessly allow me to feel just as important and valued as the most senior person here, although I’m a fairly new employee.

Author and Public Speaker Simon Sinek mentions in his book, Leaders Eat Last: “the true price of leadership is the willingness to place the needs of others above your own. Great leaders truly care about those they are privileged to lead and understand that the true cost of the leadership privilege comes at the expense of self-interest.”

At Aronson, we believe that how we lead inside our company directly affects how we perform outwardly. Aronson has been able to cultivate an environment of trust and cooperation, which in turn allows its employees to feel like family and know that their leaders have their best interest at heart. Because of this, remarkable things have happened and this company continues to grow and excel in providing exceptional service to its clients.

I am so grateful and excited for my future here at Aronson. It is a wonderful feeling to love my job and miss it so much over the weekend that I’m excited to come back on Monday.
