This month, the management team at Aronson Advertising has named Social Media Specialist Nick Dombrowski, Account Coordinator Shazia Sikander, and Production Specialist Damian Perrone as employees of the month for April 2018. Let’s learn a bit more about what makes each team member so special.
Nick Dombrowski, Social Media Specialist
Nick has been with the company for only four months, but he’s already making a positive impact on his clients and with the social media team. He really enjoys the team environment in the digital department He bonded quickly with the social media team especially, and said “Everyone has been really good to me. They’ve helped me get acclimated to the job, have given me pointers, and invited me out to social team events outside of work. It’s incredible how awesome everyone is, and it makes coming to work extremely enjoyable. Not to mention, I love that there’s always donuts in the back.” Nick is also going to join the Aronson Advertising softball team this spring, and can’t wait to get on the field.
Shazia Sikander, Account Coordinator
Shazia started working at Aronson Advertising in October 2017. Since that time she’s quickly gained a reputation for her dedication and attention to detail. When asked about her favorite aspects of her job, she said, “I really like how each day is different. One of the most interesting parts of my job is seeing an ad come together from just a script and become an ad that I see on TV or in a newspaper.”
Damian Perrone, Video Production Specialist
Damian has been producing high quality video for Aronson Advertising since October 2016, and was recognized for his willingness to go above and beyond for his clients. He’s proudest of seeing his work go live and begin alerting customers to the specials and deals available at dealerships. He also really enjoys the team of people we have in the creative offices.
