Alex C.: It’s not hard to implement, but LeadsBridge can be a little tricky when it comes to showcasing the exact information our clients are looking for.
MD: Which CMS’s are we able to implement LeadsBridge with?
AC: Currently, we are working with a number of vendors: Vin Solutions, Dealer Socket, Eleads, Highergear, and Momentum, among others.
MD: Are we able to present users with a custom message or is it just an inventory feed?
AC: Since we are manually uploading and connecting our lead forms to our bridges, we are already presenting our users with a custom message through the lead form we create on Facebook.
MD: How often can clients expect to receive leads?
AC: The leads are provided in real-time, but I’ve found there is a small gap in-between when Facebook counts the lead and when LeadsBridge tracks the lead. This has no real effect on the lead being delivered. It simply has an impact on what we are seeing.
MD: What kinds of results are we seeing?
AC: We are delivering leads to clients, so overall we are successful with the campaigns we have!
MD: Is there still room to grow with LeadsBridge?
AC: Yes. There is always room to grow and learn more, especially in the social space. I know this software is new, so I am eager to learn and grow with the software itself.
