This month we’re shining the spotlight on Kylie West, John Balenski, and Qasim Hassan for personifying what makes our team great. Learn more about our December winners below!
Muhammad Qasim “Q” Hassan: SEO Specialist
Despite not having a car to park in the space that comes with it, Qasim “Q” Hassan is still excited to have earned his Employee of the Month title. Working in the digital marketing space for six years, Q “started off as a content writer…believing it to be [his] true calling as [he] absolutely loved writing, but the romance came to a screeching halt once [he] stumbled across SEO. While it intrigued [him] on [his] very first encounter, [he] soon became captive to its mysterious allure, and before [he] knew it, [he] was obsessed with it. The only logical thing to do in such a situation was to turn the obsession into a career, and that is exactly what [he] did. Today, [he’s] working as a SEO Specialist at Aronson Advertising, pretty much living the dream!”
Kylie West: Account Coordinator
One of the newest additions to the Aronson Advertising family, Kylie West has been welcomed to the digital marketing world with open arms in the three short months she’s been here. Having recently graduated from Southern Illinois University, Kylie “really [likes] working here because [her] coworkers are awesome and it has been a great experience for [her] first job.”
John Balenski: Graphic Designer
A part of the automotive advertising industry for the better part of five years, you can find John Balenski making coffee in the morning while discussing cartoons and various nerd subjects with his coworkers. John most appreciates “getting to work with friends, old and new, which both inspires [him] and keeps [him] grounded.” He also enjoys “learning from everyone here, as well as getting the chance to share [his] own experiences” with his coworkers.
