Paid Search Strategist
Aronson Advertising is looking for the best and brightest to join our PPC team as a Paid Search Strategist! This position is designed for the individual who’s passionate about using analytics to improve SEM campaign performance. Additionally, the ideal candidate must collaborate well with others to meet and exceed our clients’ goals and expectations.
Schaumburg, Illinois DigitalResponsibilities
- Create Google Ads accounts based on client requirements
- Manage 12-17 SEM clients per month and strive to improve overall campaign performance
- Execute SEM strategies from conception to completion
- Perform daily operations of accounts and campaigns, including:
- Keyword research, optimization, and refinement
- Writing ad copy and keeping up with client needs based off monthly promotions and incentives
- Creating and executing bid strategies to achieve highest ROI
- Developing and adjusting ad extensions
- Conduct analysis to measure performance and make strategic recommendations
- Review monthly client reports and communicate areas of concern
- Stay up to date on changes in the paid search space
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
- 3-5 years experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics
- Microsoft Advertising Certified Professional, Google Ads, and Google Analytics certifications preferred
- Complete understanding of strategic SEM principles, including:
- Optimizing campaigns for conversions
- Bid optimizations
- Landing page optimizations
- Proficient in G Suite and Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of SEO best practices
- Possess the analytical mindset to identify underutilized audiences
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
