Channel Manager | Direct Mail

Exercise core skills in direct mail acquisition strategy, collaboration, communication, and data analysis to consistently achieve lead targets. Maintain a highly motivated and self-driven perspective while applying knowledge and expertise in the Direct Mail ecosystem. Team members should be able to prioritize and drive results with a high sense of urgency, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and build direct mail campaigns from scratch for a customer acquisition-focused company.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of all direct mail campaigns with keen attention to the latest in direct mail technology.
  • Work cross-functionally to lead creative direction, leveraging relevant messaging to target segments.
  • Leverage CRM data to build a world-class direct mail remarketing journey.
  • Partner with Account Coordinators and Executives to achieve an integrated direct mail approach.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, vendors, and industry innovations and provide recommendations for adoption where necessary.
