Social Media Specialist

Aronson Advertising is looking for the best and brightest to join our social media team as a Social Media Specialist! We’re seeking a passionate individual with a strong interest in social media and digital marketing. Since the social media landscape is ever changing, it’s crucial that the ideal candidate be creative and analytical to maximize social media campaign performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage, and optimize clients’ social platforms on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
  • Perform daily account and campaign operations, including:
    • Managing large-scale client budgets
    • Creating and maintaining effective advertising strategies
    • Monitoring clients’ performance on both social and analytical platforms
    • Providing client-based social recommendations
    • “Whiteboard Wednesdays”: a chance to develop and lead presentations and trainings on social media best practices
    • Partake in quarterly based client meetings
  • Audit social media accounts and identify areas of opportunity to further drive conversions
  • Create monthly content calendars with relevant and trending content to be shared throughout the month
  • Stay up to date on changes in the social media space
  • Develop monthly reports and execute client requests as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Google AdWords and Analytics certifications preferred
  • Experience using social platforms to drive consumer acquisition
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, G Suite, and Microsoft Office
  • Basic understanding of Facebook Business Manager
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
