Account Coordinator

Aronson Advertising, Inc., a full service automotive advertising agency and marketing solutions across all multimedia platforms is growing and is in need of an Account Coordinator. An Advertising Coordinator serves as a liaison between the advertisers, sales, and other coordination departments. 1-2 yrs. experience coordinating advertising or account management a PLUS, but we are willing to train the right individual. Aronson Advertising is a Chicago-based ad agency.

Schaumburg, Illinois Client Management

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Account Executives with monthly proposals, budgets, client communication, and invoicing.
  • Coordinate ad info for all artwork that consists of proposing monthly headlines, obtaining vehicle incentives and all necessary details from the client.
  • Proof ads once completed, submit for compliance review and post to various mediums for execution.
  • Communicate client instructions daily with each department.
  • Ensure all advertising components arrive on schedule. Components include digital artwork, email blasts, newspaper, billboards, television, and radio spots.
  • Submit monthly coop to each brand for advertising reimbursement.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
  • Hands-on knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and time-management skills.
  • Must be productive in a deadline-driven work environment.
  • Proven ability to adapt and be flexible to change.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Google Analytics Certification a Plus.
